Gate to innovation of light and shadow The mass is positioned towards the Eilandbrug. This image is enhanced with a large cantilevered balcony. From the offices there is a panoramic view of the IJsseldelta, which is bordered all around by this cantilever. This frame makes the landscape look like a living painting. The offices are accessible from a central hall/entrance. This also literally forms as a gate upon entry. With a view of a void along which the office spaces are positioned. The assembly hall embraces the Metadecor office mass. This creates a strong and recognizable silhouette. The building is also equipped with various sustainable installations. It is a reflection of the present and a window to the future, with its horizontal lines and large openings. The building is made of glass and steel, creating an airy atmosphere that allows natural light to flood in from all angles. Its unique shape sets it apart from other buildings in the area, while blending seamlessly into its surroundings. The space is designed to be energy efficient and sustainable, making it of great value to Metadecor and its employees. With this new addition to their platform, Metadecor has created a space that will be both a meeting place for both employees

MODEL x in Ijsselmuiden tekst*Tekst*Weerwoningen Wij hebben vooral gelet op de context van de bouwkavel. De woning heeft zich laten ontwerpen door haar omgeving. Locatie is op de hoek van het eiland die vanaf een kant is te benaderen. Als hier een massa direct aan de straat gerealiseerd wordt ontstaat er een beklemmend gevoel om het eiland op of af te gaan. Daarom hebben wij gekozen de lengte te gebruiken. Voor de kwaliteit van de omgeving is de woning zo ver als mogelijk van de buren af gehouden.
